Using Plant Spinner Accessories
It started with a single product. I had to accessorize!

Plant Spinner V1 is a single SKU meant for a single purpose (I’m still discovering things it can do). It comes in black and white, so now I have 2 SKUs. Also, there is an optional cover to make it wider. 3 SKUs. Then I added a solar panel so it spins forever. 4 SKUs. What about a bundle? 5 SKUs. What about bulk discounts? 6 SKUs. What if the accessories also came in black and white?
NOT SO FAST!
I need to sell the ones I have first, and then eventually, hopefully, I can purchase enough units to meet the minimum on black solar panels. The extra wide plate can always be made in black, or any other color you want, if you 3D print it yourself.

I will give the printable 3D file away for free to any customer who wants it. There is no need to purchase if you already have a 3D printer at home! I wonder if any of my customers will take me up on that offer. It’s not a difficult thing to print, and a shop near me would charge about $20 to print it.

Of course I will let you buy one! I haven’t figured out how best to ship it yet, but the pup is currently investigating the best approach, and as soon as an order for one comes in, we will figure it out!
The large plate really comes in handy. For example, it’s the perfect size for starting a bunch of new plants at the same time.

It all starts from cutting the spider offsets and putting them in water. After a week or two they start to grow roots.
Once you have some roots, plant the spiderettes in a small pot. The next step takes some time. Place your small plant on a Plant Spinner and move it to a window. Watch it grow straight and full over the course of the next few weeks. Remember to connect your solar panel so you can “set it and forget it.”

Once you start to notice new growth, or even new shoots, you can combine a few babies in a larger pot and grow your plant into an adult! The large plate is the perfect size for larger pots, or pots that require a drip tray or saucer.
And if you have the space, you might as well use it!
These babies are just getting started. I will place them by a window and attach the solar panel. Oh, BTW, the new solar panels are looking great!

The panels I tested earlier required an adapter for USB C, but the new ones come with USB C by default. No more fiddling with extra pieces, or needing to remember which type of cable to use. Even more exciting, the solar panel is useful for much more than just Plant Spinner. At 6W and 5V, this panel is perfect for all types of gadgets like security cameras or weather stations. It can be placed outdoors in any weather and can charge devices with just 3 hours of direct sunlight. The solar panel comes with a stand and screws for securing it anywhere. Set it up in a window to catch the sun; a south facing one works best.
